How do I know my order went through?
You’ll get a confirmation email right after checkout. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or email us at info@cadenscoots.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once it ships, we can’t make changes.
How long does it take to ship?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Standard US shipping takes 5–8 business days, and expedited takes 2–3 business days where available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders usually arrive in 15–30 business days. Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you got the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
