Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, processing may take a bit longer, and we’ll keep you in the loop.
Domestic Shipping (US)
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 15–30 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes due on delivery.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. International tracking may update less often depending on the destination country.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, contact your local carrier and email us at info@cadenscoots.com. We’ll do our best to help.
